Terms & Conditions

Who is eligible to enter:

1  Current Financial 2018 Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club Limited Members (Football Club Members) and Current Financial Canterbury League Club Limited Members (League Club Members).

2  2018 Bulldogs season ticket holders (Season Ticket Holders.

3  Active 2018 Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Corporate Account holders. (Corporate Account Holders).

4  Active 2018 participants in the Canterbury-Bankstown District Junior Rugby League (CBDJRL), and/or immediate family members or guardians of the CBDJRL participant (Junior District Participants).

5  Any other person who purchases merchandise from the Bulldogs Team Store in accordance with these provisions (Club Supporters).

Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter, and photo identification may be checked at the time of purchase as verification.

How to enter:

1  For Football Club Members: Call the Membership Team on 1300 769 164 or visit the Bulldogs Team Store;

2  For League Club Members: Entry tickets can be purchased from Club Reception or Bulldogs Team Store;

3  For Season Ticket Holders: Visit the Bulldogs Merchandise Page (http://teamstore.thebulldogs.com.au/) or call the Membership Team on 1300 769 164;

4  For Corporate Account Holders: call the Corporate team on (02)9789 8000;

5  For Junior District Participants: Contact your local junior district club;

6  For Club Supporters: Visit the Bulldogs Team Store and purchase merchandise

Information relating to tickets:

1  The price of a ticket is $10.00.

2  There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased however Club Supporters must purchase their tickets at the time of purchase of merchandise as herein provided.

3  All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase.

4  The entry form provided by the Club must be completed by an entrant at the time a ticket is purchased. All fields specified on the entry form must be completed for the entry to be valid. These fields will include the full name, residential address, email address and telephone number of the entrant. For Corporate Account Holders, the full details of the relevant corporate account will be required. For Football Club and League Club Members, the membership number will be required.

5  For tickets purchased by Junior Club Participants, an amount equal to 20% of the ticket sales will be donated to the entrant’s junior club.

Promotion commences 00.01am 11/05/18 and ends 11.59pm AEST 26/8/18

 Conditions of Entry: 

  1. Entry instructions and prize information form part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
  2. The promotion is open to NSW, QLD, ACT, VIC, SA, TAS, NT & WA residents. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion nor are employees and the immediate families of any companies related to the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion. For the purposes of this promotion “immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter.
  3. This promotion commences 00.01am 11/05/18 and closes 11.59pm on 26/8/18 (the “Promotion Period”). No entries will be accepted after this date. A total of 10 (ten) finalists will be drawn at Belmore Sports Ground on 27/8/18. All 10 (ten) finalists will be notified by the Promoter on 28/8/18 using the contact details provided by the entrant at the time of purchasing his or her raffle tickets. Once this notification has been sent by the Promoter a finalist must confirm to the Promoter on or before 5:00pm 29/8/18 that he or she will be attending the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs final 2018 Home Game at ANZ Stadium (Edwin Flack Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW) on 2/9/2018 (the Game). If a finalist has not confirmed to the Promoter on or before the specified date that he or she will be attending the Game or advises the Promoter that he or she will not be attending the Game, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct such further draws to determine eligible finalists on 30/08/18 at 12:00pm at Belmore Sports Ground. Such persons will be notified by the Promoter on 30/8/18 using the contact details provided by the entrant at the time of purchasing their raffle tickets. Subject to the provisions hereof relating to interstate finalists, in order to be eligible to win this promotion, a finalist MUST attend the Game and be present when the winning ticket is drawn. Photo identification will be required to be shown at the time of the final draw. The winner will be announced prior to the Game at 1.40pm. The winner’s name will be published on the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs social media channels and on the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs official website (www.bulldogs.com.au) on 2/9/2018.
  4. If a finalist should live outside of NSW and is unable to attend the final Home Game at ANZ Stadium on 2/9/2018 a Club Representative will be chosen to represent the finalist in the final draw. If winner lives outside of NSW, then it is at the discretion of the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club Limited on how the winning prize will be made available to the winner.
  5. Participants are not automatically entered via becoming a Football Club Member, League Club Member, Season Ticket Holder, Corporate Account Holder, Junior District Participant or Club Supporter. Entry tickets must be purchased in accordance with the provisions hereof.
  6. Subject to an entrant meeting all conditions herein specified, there is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased in this promotion.
  7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time,to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who does not fully comply with all the provisions hereof, who tampers with or interferes in any way with the entry process or who submits an invalid entry. An entry is invalid if it is not validated or is illegible, indecipherable, or incomplete or otherwise not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  8. Prize: The 1 (one) winner will receive a 2018 KIA Picanto Automatic, including on road costs.  The make and model of the final car, will be chosen at the discretion of the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club Limited and no personalisation or altering of the car will be available

Prize: The 1 (one) winner will receive a $500 Metro Petroleum Petrol Voucher. This prize is only redeemable at select Metro Petroleum Service Stations throughout Australia. Terms and Conditions will apply  

Total prize pool is valued at $17,000

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Liability for any tax arising out of participation in this promotion (including acceptance of a prize) is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Entrants should seek independent financial advice in this regard.
  2. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address.  Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
  4. The Promoter’s decisions are final, and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
  5. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused at time of entry or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  7. The Promoter will collect an entrant’s personal information to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.  By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use their personal information, for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. An entrant’s personal information may be disclosed to the Australian regulatory authorities and winners’ names published as required under the relevant raffle legislation.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.  If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.  All entries become the property of the Promoter.
  8. An Entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice if they are a winner (incl. photograph, film, file and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
  9. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  10. If an entrant has opted to receive promotional and news updates from the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, he or she may receive these updates via email. Otherwise, all details and data provided will be held in accordance with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs privacy policy (https://www.bulldogs.com.au/privacy-policy). All entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
